The location was very central, just next door to Museums and the vaporetto stop at St Marks. Had nice dainties at Redentore, located just next door to the hotel. I truly enjoyed the room with excellant breakfast.

The location, 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square. Very clean, varied and excellent breakfast, the room is well furnished in Venetian style.

The time indicated for check-in was at 13.00 but on our arrival (13.30) we were asked to wait another half hour; so we got the room one hour later.

The location was excellent, just steps from key attractions, and the rooftop deck provided a refreshing atmosphere to unwind. The room size felt a bit cramped for comfort, and I experienced some noise disturbances during the evening from the street below. It's a good choice for those wanting easy access to the city with a pleasant common area to relax.

The front desk staff was superb with their warm welcome and thoughtful gestures for our special occasion.

This is a hotel with 2 faces: 1- the first room that was assigned to us was really distressing, about 9 square meters, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. 2- the second that was assigned after our protests was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. Of course, I preferred to review the second one. Good breakfast.
